Terms and conditions.

Using Webault means accepting these terms.

These terms are a contract between you and Zillusion Private Limited (“Webault”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the website, creating an account, or running a hunt, you agree to them. If you use Webault on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.

Webault finds names. It does not sell them.

Webault takes a one-sentence brief, writes candidate domain names, checks each one against the registry for its extension, and shows you the names it can confirm are registrable, with an indicative price. That is the whole service.

Webault is not a domain registrar. It does not register, sell, transfer, host, or manage domain names, and it does not act as your agent with any registrar or registry. When you follow a Buy link you leave Webault and deal with a registrar under that registrar’s terms.

One person, one account, kept secure.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• Give accurate details and keep them current.
• Keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Use it to name things. Not to hammer registries.

Registry lookups are a shared resource with limits. You agree not to:

• Use scripts, bots, or bulk requests to run hunts or lookups beyond what a person would do by hand.
• Scrape, copy, or resell Webault’s output or availability data as a dataset or a service.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service or the registries it queries.
• Use Webault to infringe anyone’s rights, or for anything unlawful.
• Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to extract its models, prompts, or source.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts that breach these rules.

A result is a snapshot, not a reservation.

When Webault marks a name registrable, it means the registry for that extension reported the name as unregistered at the moment we asked. Anyone can register a domain at any time. Webault does not reserve, hold, or lock names, and a name shown as registrable may be gone by the time you reach a registrar.

Names marked unverified are ones the registry did not confirm. We do not present them as free, and you should not treat them as free.

Registries occasionally return incorrect or stale data, restrict certain names, or apply rules we cannot see. We do our best to reflect what the registry tells us, but we do not warrant that any result is correct, and we are not liable if a name shown as registrable cannot in fact be registered.

Prices are indicative. The registrar sets the real one.

The price next to a name is the registration price we obtained for that extension at the time of the lookup. Registrars set their own prices, which may differ, change without notice, or be higher for names the registry classes as premium. The price you pay is the one the registrar shows you at checkout.

Any purchase is a contract between you and the registrar. Webault is not a party to it, does not process the payment, and cannot refund, cancel, or transfer a registration.

The names are yours to use. Clearing them is your job.

We claim no ownership of the names Webault writes for you. You may use them freely. The same name may be written for other users.

A domain being registrable does not mean the name is free of trademark or other rights. Webault does not search trademark registers or company registers and gives no legal advice. Before you adopt a name, you are responsible for checking that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and for any consequences if it does.

Free to start. Paid plans, if any, will be announced first.

Webault is currently free to start and asks for no card. We may introduce paid plans or limits in future. If we do, we will publish the prices and give you notice before anything you use becomes chargeable. We will never charge you without your agreement.

Webault, the software and the marks belong to Zillusion.

The Webault name, logo, website, application, software, and design are owned by Zillusion Private Limited and protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service as intended. They do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute it.

If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Provided as is.

Webault is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any name will remain available. Registries and registrars are outside our control.

Our liability is capped.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Zillusion Private Limited and its directors, employees, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Webault, a name that could not be registered, a price that differed at checkout, or a dispute over a name.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If your use causes a claim against us, you cover it.

You agree to indemnify Zillusion Private Limited against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your use of a name Webault wrote, or your infringement of anyone’s rights.

Either of us can end this.

You can close your account at any time from the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on names, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity, survive termination.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Webault after that date means you accept the new terms.

Indian law. Indian courts.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between us about Webault.
